Billings Ovulation Method Association (BOMA)

Observations are made daily of the biomarkers of cervical mucus and vaginal sensations and are recorded daily by using a Billings Method chart and either stamps or symbols.

There are 4 rules to this method, and no temperature taking. Group instruction is offered for the first two classes. Individual follow-ups are then scheduled for at least two more sessions or until the clients are autonomous in their use of the method.

CLASS DURATION: Please take into account the following when making your plans to attend a BOMA (Billings Ovulation Method) Class – Introductory class and second class session are teaching classes that last approximately 2-2.5 hours.  Follow up classes are scheduled between you and your instructor within the time for your class and last approximately 45 minutes.

Return/Refund Policy:

Couples who need to make a change in their paid registration dates should call or email the Office of NFP to request a change in class registration. There is no fee to change class dates. Individuals requesting a refund of tuition fees, receive a complete refund less a $25 service fee.
