The Neofertility method is taught in the course titled Chart your Cycle Engaged (CYCE). This is a 12-week online coaching and implementation program for engaged couples desiring to incorporate Natural Family Planning into their marriage. Developed by a Registered Nurse and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, this program is designed with busy engaged couples in mind. You will learn the essentials of cycle charting for family planning along with an introduction to Catholic marriage. You will gain access to the HIPPA-compliant charting app and online course platform for personalized support. The CYCE program is a multifactorial approach utilizing cervical mucus observations, basal body temperature (with TempDrop integration), and urine hormone testing.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- This is a 12-week program. If not completed within 12 weeks, a 4-week extension can be purchased.
- Both fiancés or spouses are required to complete the self-paced online course and after the introductory class attend 3 live, 45-minute coaching sessions together. Each session offers personalized chart reviews and answers to your questions, ensuring you stay on track with expert guidance. Simply hop on during a session for real-time support tailored to your needs.
- Couples will chart in the Chart Neo app and share their chart via our secure HIPAA-compliant portal.
- Weekly chart reviews are offered, with couples required to attend 3 sessions during the 12-week program.
- Please ensure 2 weeks of charting are completed in the Chart Neo app before your first session.
Coaching Schedule (Central Time):
- First Tuesday of the month: 7:30 PM CT
- Second and Fourth Monday of the month: 8:30 PM CT
- Third Tuesday of the month: 6:00 PM CT
